Self Leadership

Effective leadership starts with self-leadership.
The prerequisite for a successful manager is the awareness of his own goals, patterns of action and thinking, drivers and values, as well as the confrontation with the personal leadership style.  We support managers on their way to develop their own leadership vision and to develop a corresponding strategy and actionplan.

Team Leadership

Leading teams means leading and motivating a group of people to work together to achieve a common goal. This includes setting clear goals, setting direction and creating an environment conducive to collaboration and innovation. This also includes the ability to react situationally to the individual employees in terms of experience and personality in order to ensure effective and efficient cooperation. We support managers in developing the necessary skills and strengthening their communication skills.
