Before I became self-employed as a consultant, trainer and coach with Scholz Consulting in 2009, I worked successfully as a manager in highly competitive industries for many years and therefore have a deep understanding  of the drivers that  determine the performance of companies and individuals.

I have a Master's degree in Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander University, Nuremberg and am a certified Business Coach (Executive and Team Coach) of the Neuroleadership Institute, Results Coaching Systems, NY.

In addition to my mother tongue German, I am fluent in English.
